Have you ever wondered about those gods of the wine world who can identify a wine in a blind tasting – even to the vintage year? How do they do it – and could you do so also?

What about those wines getting 90 or more points in magazine reviews – why does nobody ever mention those wines which only score 20 or 30 – how bad can they really be?

Do wines taste different when served in different types of glasses?

The answers to these and many, many other burning questions will be addressed in a course in September by this blogger! Two sessions of two hours each, run under the auspices of University of North Georgia in both Dahlonega and Cumming.
